No class Monday, December 25 and no class Monday, January 1.


Regrettably, Pink Camo Fit Body will not be continuing to offer classes at Cold Spring Farm through the winter months. The current class schedule will remain in place through Saturday, December 30. Thank you so much for your business.

As a small business operator who absolutely loves this work, I truly enjoyed the time with each participant and hope to continue working out with you!

This does not have to be the end of your workouts with Pink Camo Fit Body! Keep your momentum and honor your New Year’s resolutions. If you loved classes at the farm, you will love classes in your own space.

Call, text or email to schedule your next workout. Share the hosting of small group classes with neighbors. This makes for a convenient, social and productive workout in your homes on your schedules. Very little space is needed for winter and rainy day workouts - the rest of the time, we take the classes outside.

More About the Classes

BOOTCAMP - Accelerated Body Shape-Up

Challenge yourself! Enjoy your time in the beautiful post and beam barn and outdoors (weather permitting) in a non-competitive and positive class structure. Work on strength, endurance and coordination through a variety of exercises that target large and small muscle groups. Fire your core and add the bonus of weight training. This class will mix it up everytime - sometimes circuits, bodyweight strength-cardio, games, hand weights, kettlebells, or medicine balls. Modifications are provided. Structure will be designed around class fitness levels, available equipment and class size.

Core Blast!

Work your core and fire up your stabilizing muscles! Gain control in a full range of motion through a variety of activities. This will be a fusion style class that works in Pilates, ab and back exercises typically from your own personal mat space. Tone and build strength while improving confidence, coordination and reducing injury potential. ALL levels from beginner to athlete will benefit. Modifications are provided. Bring a matte, water bottle, and towel. Challenge yourself with this bodyweight workout in a fun, positive and motivating environment!

Rates and Rewards

6-Week Pass - Classes (Minimum 6 participants)

$60 for 4 classes prepaid @ $15/class

Use your class passes during the six weeks

Pay for additional "drop-in" classes at $15 per class


First time registrants will receive an "I'm Dropping In" card for an additional class at no charge - that means 5 classes for $60, making your first classes $12 each. Additional cards are earned with repeated pass renewals. See the "I'm Dropping In Card" page for information on this great reward program.

Clients who have purchased a 6-Week Pass to any Cold Spring Farm class

may attend any other classes offered at the barn (space permitting and fitness level appropriate)

during the session by paying the drop-in fee of $15 per class.
